Newton Apartments is the third residential tower of the Cambridge Residences to be developed on the site (four in total). The form follows closely to its neighbouring towers, the concise and angular shape of the tower mixed with the rich materials and colour palette provides a clear “signature” design statement for the locals.

The site layout and design has been inspired by the physical constraints of the steep sloped site and openness to nearby and distant views.

Similarly to partnering Brooke, the building edges are defined by various façade and balustrade treatments, for variety and scale that creates an interesting and proportioned vertical and horizontal built form.

The overall development comprises of 4 towers ranging from 6-12 residential floors with the central portion dedicated to private and communal open space.
