We had the ability to approach this job in a unique way because the end result was to produce a complete Virtual Reality Package for Marketing purposes. Generated from the design was a set of high quality renders and videos that were then taken to be used to market to potential occupants of a space, allowing the user to experience the space before it has been built.

The consequences of our careful approach see the curation of a space that flows seamlessly through the tangible and intangible environments. Using design to bridge the space between the visual, tactile and kinaesthetic environments. The project takes advantage of city views while using bold materials to create an exciting and inviting environment.

Our approach in this unique project was to 'deconstruct' the applied method of design, which lacked in consideration for those that inhabit the space. Our deconstruction of the space resulted in a design outcome which comprised various zones intuitively designed to facilitate the flow of both sequence and function, whilst creating an environment where the user feels uplifted.
