Project: The Oasis, Auchenflower

Project Description:

Completed in 2001, this 162 apartment residential resort consists of three separate buildings and a central recreation area.

The development included generously sized one, two and three bedroom apartments. Units were conceived with expansive balconies with views of the river, the city and the mountains. The apartment layouts were designed with two master bedrooms. This made the units more attractive for shared rental and resulted in higher rents to be achieved.

The apartments have key card security and secure undercover car parking for residents. The twin towers sit above a car parking podium. A separate low-rise building fronting Coronation Drive contains 12 two bedroom apartments.

Emphasis on the lifestyle associated with living only two kilometers from the CBD drove the design. With the 20 meter resort style pool, two spa pools, full sized tennis court, gym and sauna this development literally did form an oasis on the fringe of city.
