Project: Indigo Office, Spring Hill

Project Description:

Conversion of the heritage Church property on Leichhardt Street into corporate offices required careful consideration of the existing building fabric. Development approval was negotiated successfully, allowing the change of use and increase of GFA. A full mezzanine level was inserted into the body of the main space to provide additional floor area. In addition to this, the basement area was excavated for another additional office space. A new street entry was created to allow for an associated business to operate independently. The client was delighted by the increase in yield that we were able to get approved and built on site.
